He set out to combine over 500 years of Bavarian brewing heritage with the finest malt and hops, bringing the world-famous German beer culture to Vietnam.

We craft our beers following the German Purity Law, using only the finest ingredients—including the cleanest water in Vietnam, sourced from a deep well in the north. Our water comes from a 450-meter-deep well in a pristine region of North Vietnam, providing the purity and stability essential for exceptional beer. Following the German Purity Law of 1516, we combine time-honored brewing traditions with well-balanced recipes to create rich, flavorful beers.
Sustainability is a core value—our advanced brewing technology enables water recycling, energy recuperation, and improved wastewater treatment. To minimize waste, our beers are delivered and enjoyed straight from our barrels, ensuring an environmentally friendly approach without compromising on taste.
